BONUS! How Am I Perceived?

Choose 2 people to ask the following questions. They should be people who you trust and whose opinion you respect. It is important to let them know that you chose them because of these 2 reasons and that you believe that they will be honest with you.

NOTE:

• In an ideal world — it would be best to ask one person who has known you for a long time and the other, a person who has not known you that long.
• It would be best to have a face-to-face meeting with each person. However, due to the pandemic, this may not be possible. Try the next best thing — a virtual meeting. There is a lot that you garner when you can see someone's body language!
• Also, remember to 'lock your ego in a room somewhere' because you may hear about some character flaws that may be getting in your way. Remember to be open-minded!
